We are a UK based company, delivering only to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.We cover all areas within that area, although of course the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may be subject to delivery delays and additional fees as dictated by our couriers.

Simple answer, no. We have hundreds of items on the site, and if we don't have it in stock we can get it (usually) very quickly. We support local business and UK business. If there is a delay more than a couple of days, you will be notified ahead of time.

We supply goods on a business to business (B2B) basis only, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply. If you wish to return goods, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns may be accepted at our discretion, must be unused and in their original packaging, and may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order and made-to-order items cannot usually be returned. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will, of course, be replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. For machines, a repair will always be the first option as dictated by the individual manufacturer.

Machines are an expensive asset. If you are unsure, we recommend you give us a call on 01792 645988 before purchasing. We can advise you ahead of time, and we usually recommend a demonstration especially for scrubber dryers which can be done on your premises so you can see them in action.
