Part of the Toucan Eco range, the Centrego Renew model is designed for cleaning small to medium workplaces.
 
Centrego Renew is a revolutionary disinfectant clean generator that means you can stop using up to 80% of chemical cleaners and disposing of the single use plastic bottles they come in. Using just water, salt and electricity it makes up to two litres of powerful, eco-friendly and safe antibacterial multi-surface cleaner that kills up to 99.999%.

How to use
For normal strength solution (125ppm) add 4g of salt to two litres of water, stir, one press of the button and the solution activates for 4 minutes. For double strength solution (250ppm) add 8g of salt to the two litres of water, stir well and press twice to activate the solution in eight minutes.

Active substances
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and sodium hypochlorite at a concentration of 125 (normal strength) or 250ppm (double strength), and a pH of between 7.5 to 8.5.

What’s in the kit?
The kit includes the two litre jug, activation base, atomiser spray bottle and spoon. Centrego Renew comes with a 1-year warranty.

What it’s used for?
Toucan Eco can be used for a range of applications.
Clean and disinfect any surface, including kitchens, bathrooms, fabrics and glass.
You can use it as a deodoriser as it kills the germs that creates the odour.
Sterilise toys and clothes safely.
Spray fresh fruit and vegetables to remove dirt and pesticides, but remember to rinse in fresh water before eating.
Remove trainer odour by soaking overnight.
Spray pets’ mucky paws and coats.
Water cut flowers to make them last longer.
 
Proven solution
The activated solution is certified to EN 1276, EN 13697, EN 14476 and EN 16777 for  chemical disinfectants against bacteria and viruses. It is also safe for use in food preparation and high-risk areas. In addition, certification under EN13727 (ESBL) and the VAH scheme (medical grade biocides) demonstrate efficacy in risk areas. Toucan Eco is listed under Article 95 of the EU Biocides regulations.
 
The solution it makes is hypochlorous sodium hypochlorite, and is slightly different than the usual Ozone making mahcines. Although they work in a very similar way, the ozone equivalents usually only have a working life of 4-8 hours and need expensive filters as an ongoing cost.

The Toucan Eco needs standard, everyday salt. And water. And about the same amount of electricity as used in a car key fob!
