Service Description
If you have an issue with your machine, it is definitely worth checking the help section on this page first - we find most problems are simple for you to fix yourself! If it's something more, no problem. At Cotton and Sons, we can resurrect your machine and get you going again. We have a large stock of spares, from switches and cables to motors and pumps in stock, and most manufacturers we deal with have parts available within a couple of days. Please note, parts will be advised at time of service and charged accordingly. Our prices are per hour of work undertaken, and are usually completed in 1-2 hours depending on the complexity of the job.
Cancellation Policy
Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd commit to undertake service or repairs to your machine with the following conditions: Our labour rate is £50 per hour, our service charge is £120. Sundry items may be charged, including specialised cleaning chemicals, lubrication and consumable parts. Fault diagnosis without repair is charged at £50, and we may return the machine disassembled. All machines are PAT tested where relevant, and faults such as damaged cables will be replaced for safety prior to work commencing.
