Service Description
At Cotton and Sons, we ensure your cleaning equipment delivers optimal performance with our machine service. We perform a detailed health check to keep your machines running efficiently, and thoroughly clean them so they are ready to go! We can even advise of potential future problems that will not affect your machine straight away. Please note, additional parts will be advised at time of service and charged accordingly. If your machine is too big to easily move, we can come to your site for repairs or servicing. Get the machine back up and running without the hassle.
Cancellation Policy
Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd commit to undertake service or repairs to your machine with the following conditions: Our labour rate is £50 per hour, our service charge is £120. Sundry items may be charged, including specialised cleaning chemicals, lubrication and consumable parts. Fault diagnosis without repair is charged at £50, and we may return the machine disassembled. All machines are PAT tested where relevant, and faults such as damaged cables will be replaced for safety prior to work commencing.
